46 yr old man who sexually assaulted primary 5 pupil has been arraigned in court
The sexual assault case of 46 yr old Mr. Lucky Esien with primary 5 pupil has been arraigned in Ehor Magistrate court Uhunmwode LGA, on Tuesday 17th July 2018.
The accused during the hearing pleaded guilty to the crime. He is remanded in Prison and case adjourned to 24th July 2018 for Facts and Sentence.
Ag. Chairman SUBEB Dr. Joan Osa Oviawe represented at the hearing by members of SUBEB Child Sexual Abuse Rapid Response Committee stated that the management would ensure that justice is served to the child predator.
