The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Edo state Chapter and All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS) have met with the Executive Chairman of Edo SUBEB, Mrs. Ozavize E. Salami and her management team to discuss issues relevant to the running of schools in Edo state. The meeting which was held at the headquarters of EdoSUBEB was an opportunity for the leadership of SUBEB to inform union leaders about developments at the Board and schools. It also served as an opportunity to discuss issues that need attention in the school system.
On their part, the union leaders commended Mrs. Salami for the innovation she has brought to bear on SUBEB and the effort she has made at deepening the EdoBEST reform over the past few months.
The meeting ended with fruitful resolutions and a clear path for the future, especially with regards to the impending EdoBEST Induction Training which will commence later in August.
